Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment
Please note that we don't accept credit cards.
We accept payments in cash euros (€) and Swedish kronor (SEK) or Swedish Swish.
Bank transfer payments must be received at least 72 hours prior to your visit.
Rescheduling/ Modifications to your booking
● If you need to reschedule your tour, you may do so up to 72 hours before the original tour date, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible to request changes.
● Please let us know at least 72 hours in advance if you wish to change your visit, (duration or amount of participants).
Liability and Insurance
All participants are responsible for having valid personal travel or health insurance that covers outdoor activities. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings caused by participants’ own actions or failure to follow safety instructions.
The following terms apply to bookings paid in advance via bank transfer. By choosing this payment method, you agree to the conditions outlined below:
Payment
Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer 72 hours before the visit. Your booking is not guaranteed until the payment has been received.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (email). Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 14 days before the tour: Full refund

7–13 days before the tour: 50% refund

Less than 7 days before the tour: No refund
Please note that refunds may take a few business days to process, depending on your bank.
No-Show
If you do not arrive at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time and have not contacted us in advance, no refund will be issued.
Force Majeure
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other emergencies. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
